I Am Amazed How Far Airsoft Has Come

I am amazed that air soft has come as far as it did when I was a kid me and my brothers had cap guns water guns all kinds but mom would not buy us air soft so one day we went in to wool worth and stole two air soft guns you know the orange guns when they first came out with the yellow tips and yellow ammo. and we had a blast with them until we got caught by mom we got a whipping and had to ?go back up to wool worth and say we was sorry and turn the guns in you know the good old days you say sorry and it was all done. wrong when we got home we had 2 months of hard chores was it worth it you bet it was we had went in the woods and seen a tree that had I do not know a type of I guess a berry that was like the BBS in air soft but they worked in the guns cause you know with air soft the BBS go quick. so we never ran out of ammo when we ran out we would run for the tree shooting each other and filling our pockets with ammo and then the rush was on hiding behind trees and any thing else we could find and their was not a lot to hide behind. so we got shot up pretty good but that is why air soft is so great it is the thrill of the game but that is how far air soft has come with those guns you might get 25-30 feet now a days 100-500 feet a big charge and unload quicker with those it was spring now you got green gas and electric plus today rifles back then pistols. and back then was only single shot now a days you got full and semi auto a big charge.
